1. What is infimarket.com?

A: infimarket.com is an eCommerce catalog platform where you can browse a wide range of products (New and Refurbished) online. Purchases are made directly through call or chat, and we deliver them to your doorstep.

2. Why is the "Add to Cart" option disabled?

A: infimarket.com operates in catalog mode. Instead of online purchases, orders are placed directly via call or chat, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.

3. Where do you deliver?

A: We deliver within the city limits and surrounding areas of Vasco, Panjim, Mapusa, Margao, Curchorem, and Ponda. You may contact us to know if your area is serviceable.

4. How long can a refurbished device last ?

A: The lifespan of a refurbished device largely depends on the refurbishing company and its age before refurbishment. A realistic lifespan to expect is based on the support the device manufacturer provides to its firmware and the operating system supported. A: All our refurbished devices come with Seller Warranty. Here the warranty is provided by the seller / store. Additional warranty can be purchased for refurbished devices.

8. How much additional warranty can purchased for devices ?

A: Based on the device chosen, seller / store will determine the extent to which the warranty can be extended. This could be from additional 3 months to maximum 12 months at a time. The cost will be determined by the seller in case of store purchase or via chat/call in case of direct purchase.


Payments

9. How do I pay for my order?

A: You make an initial payment of INR 5000 online via UPI when confirming your order. The remaining amount is paid on delivery. 

10. Can I pay the full amount at once?

A: For home delivery, only INR 5000 is collected upfront via UPI, and the rest is paid upon delivery. However, if you choose to pick up your order from one of our select stores, you can make 100% payment directly at the store.

11. What happens if my order is out of stock?

A: For out-of-stock items, you can still place an order after verifying availability with us via call, chat, or email. You will need to make an INR 5000 payment online via UPI, and delivery will be scheduled within 3–5 business days.



Delivery

12. What are the delivery timelines?

A:

  • In-stock products: Delivered on the same day or within 2 business days.
  • Out-of-stock products: Delivered within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

13. Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time?

A: While we aim to accommodate specific delivery requests, actual schedules depend on logistical availability. Contact us directly to discuss your preferences.

14. Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time?

A: Yes, you can arrange to pick up your order from our select stores listed on the website. 100% payment can be made directly at the store.


Refunds and Order Rejections

15. What happens if I reject my order during delivery?

A:  If you reject an order during delivery, we will provide an alternate device if available. In case the alternate device is still rejected or in absence of alternate device availability we will refund INR 3750. A Shipping & handling fee of INR 1250 will be deducted from the INR 5000 prepayment. This is applicable only for order paid in advance directly to us.

16. How long does it take to process a refund?

A:  Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after order rejection.

17. How do I place an order?

A: Simply contact us via the provided chat / call option on the website. Our team will guide you through the process. Our listed phone number is mostly available during 11:00AM - 5:00PM in case it is not reachable, Leave us a message in the chat option available along with your name, mobile and request and we will definitely get back to you.

19. How do I verify product availability?

A: For out-of-stock products or unlisted products, please reach out to us via call, chat /call us,  to confirm availability before placing an order.


Policies

20. Do you have a cancellation policy?

A: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Contact us within 2 hours of payment for  for cancellation. A processing fee of INR 300 will be charged towards cancellation for order that are not out for delivery. Cancellation after 2 hours of payment will be treated as rejected deliveries, our refund policy will apply.

21. Are there additional delivery charges?

A: Additional delivery charges depend on your location and will be communicated during the order placement process if applicable.

22. Do you sell products through physical stores?

A: Yes, we sell through select stores listed on our website. https://infimarket.com/stores.
